Blue Shield of California started a campaign to promote innovative ideas from the employees. It was structured like the popular show Shark Tank. Employees would submit ideas and the finalists would get to pitch to the judges like the senior leadership team. I was tasked to create a highlight video of the virtual event to get employees excited for the following season. The innovation team wanted a refresh of the logo, and so I came up with the following:
The idea behind this logo is that people can turn wild and crazy ideas into something tactical and implementable.
